Our Banting Bread – Wheat / Gluten Free


This bread is made using almond and flax seed flour, combined with pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Psyllium husk, free range eggs, sunflower oil, a little shredded spinach, some dried tomato crisps. No carb, low GI, it’s great to toast, it freezes beautifully, ask for it sliced!
