Our sourdough and artisan breads are all made using locally grown, stone-ground, non GMO, preservative free and unbleached flours. Freshly grated plus squeezed citrus and a decent hint of cocoa, throw this 60% rye, 40% stone-ground wholemeal flour into a class of it’s own.
