Locally made Korean Style Kimchi. A traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables made with Daikon Radish and Asian Cabbage. It is used in a number of applications, including soups, salads and as an accompaniment to any main course looking for a bit of a list. Does contain fresh and dried chilli, so has a bit of a ‘Healthy’ Kick!
