Hand cut Beef fillet portions, rubbed in Dijon mustard, garlic and hand picked garden herbs, seasoned with desert salt and cracked black pepper.

Chef’s Tip! Allow to settle at room temperature before grilling or pan frying for best results. Add a knob of butter, a splash of red wine and a dash of cream to the pan afterwards to create a delicious jus to nap over the fillet.
